I've always been drawn to understanding how things work: systems, businesses, people. The kind of curiosity that asks "why does this succeed when that fails?" and doesn't stop until there's a useful answer.
My approach leans heavily on simplicity. Not the easy kind. The hard-won kind that comes from stripping away everything that doesn't matter. Most business problems aren't complicated. They're just cluttered.
I have a particular fondness for finding leverage: the small changes that unlock disproportionate results. Sometimes it's a well-placed automation. Sometimes it's just asking better questions.
